Defendant(s): Thomas Marsden, clerk, Richard Cotham.
Subject of depositions: Caiptal messuage, called "The Allyes" in Clitherow, lately belonging to Thomas Hesketh and Robert Hesketh, deceased, and lands called "Saltall Hey Meadowes" and "TowerHill" or "Tower Hill Plott" claimed by Mrs Katherine Holland, against John Webster, the elder, who purchased the same during the Common-wealth, when sequestered from Heskeths because of their delinquency.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 28 November 1670.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1671 at Whalley.
