Plaintiff(s): The masters, pilots, and seamen of the Trinity House, in the town of Newcastle-on-Tyne.
Defendant(s): William Hutchinson, Ralph Henderson, Henry Hargraves, Robert Fenwick, merchants.
Subject of depositions: Trinity House of Newcastle-on-Tyne and the port of Newcastle-on-Tyne. Metes and bounds. Port dues. Touching plaintiff's claim to the duty of primage on goods and merchandize brought from beyond seas into that port.
County/place: Newcastle-on-Tyne.
Date of commission: 28 November 1670.
