Short title: Skinner v Skipp.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Skinner, widow, Richard Bennet, Leonard Gwynne, Edward Skinner, clerk, Edmund Coucher.

Defendant(s): John Skipp, Ambrose Elton, Richard Dukeson, DD, John Pember, clerk, John Elton, Peter Elton.

Subject of depositions: Vicarage of Ledbury, the two portions of tithes in Ledbury parish called the Overhall and the Netherhall, and St Katherine's Hospital, in Ledbury. Tithes.

County/place: Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1670.
