Description

Short title: Mundy v Allestry.

Plaintiff(s): Adrian Mundy.

Defendant(s): William Allestry, Thomas Geery, John Harriman, Joseph Parker, William Turner, Henry Werden.

Subject of depositions: Plaintiff's mill called Cowcastle Mill, the defendant Turners mill called Holmes mill, the River Darwent, and the Great Weare above the mills. Touching the damage caused to Great Weare, by neglect of repairs to defendant's mills, scouring, etc. milpool.

County/place: Derbyshire.

Date of commission: 22 June 1670.
