Description

Short title: Attorney General v Holland.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffery Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Kathl. Holland, widow, Thomas Marsden, clerk, Richard Cottam.

Subject of depositions: Closes of land lying in Clitherow called Salthill heyes, formerly in the possession of Thomas Hesketh, "of the Allyes" in Cliderow, and since of Charles Nowell, William Stackhouse, of London, and Mr Webster.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 22 June 1670.
