Description

Short title: Attorney General v Eakins.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): John Eakins, Goddard Pemberton, Mary Poultney, Sir Francis Clarke, kt.

Subject of depositions: Manor and rectory impropriate, a capital messuage called "The Hall" and lands in Rushden, late of Sir Lewis Pemberton, kt, and the last will and testament, debts of Sir Lewis.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 26 June 1667.
