Description

Short title: Attorney General v Yare.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt, and bart (Attorney General), at the relation of William Wormley.

Defendant(s): Thomas Yare, William Arey, Christopher Crackenthorp, Thomas Whinfell.

Subject of depositions: Estate of Wormley (the relator) "a delinquent" including the capital messuage of "Rossgill" (Westmorland). Touching the value of lands, "sequestered" by Parliament in Westmorland and Cumberland in the year 1642.

County/place: Westmorland.

Date of commission: 12 February 1663.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 22 April 1663 at Shapp.
