Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Littleton, kt and bart John Gray, John Wale, clerk, John Dauser, George Winshurst Richard Hattost, clerk, Samuel Hattost, Thomas Malpas, clerk, John Paget, the elder, Edward Jorden, William Toy, Henry Sparry, Hugh Pretty, William Wakeman, Thomas Kelding, Anthony Hart, Thomas Dickens, John Shafton, the elder, John Browning, Edward Milward, Thomas Milward, Thomas Tirer, Robert Mansell, William Hart.

Defendant(s): John Whorwood, William Penn, John Kyghtley, Edward Barnett, John Pretty.

Subject of depositions: Forest of Kinfare alias Kinver, a wood called "Iverley Wood" and the towns of Kinfare, Hastcolte, Whittington, Stourton, Hagly, Old Swinford, Churchill, Wollaston, Padmore Causall, and Donesby (Stafford and Worcester). Metes and bounds. Common of pasture.
