Plaintiff(s): Accepted Frewen, DD, President of St Mary Magdalen's College in Oxford, and the scholars of the College, John Harrison, clerk, John Crane, Walter Nase, William Taylour, William Smith, and others.
Defendant(s): John Vanhaesdenck, Peter Newton, William Nicholas.
Subject of depositions: Marsh grounds called "Titchwell Marsh ", "Holme Marsh" and "Thornham Marsh" embanked, by defendant John. Touching the execution of the work, and the charges and expenses of same.
County/place: Norfolk; Oxfordshire.
Date of commission: 12 February 1642.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 April 1642 at Burnham Westgate.
