Description

Short title: Littleton v Whorwood.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Littleton, kt and bart Sir Edward Seabright, kt and bart Henry Gray, John Paget, Anthony Hart. John Sheston, Samuel Hattoft, Richard Hattoft, Edward Jorden, George Winchurst, John Neale, clerk, John Danser, Thomas Malpas, clerk, Thomas Skeldinge, William Toy, Thomas Torry, Henry Sparry, Thomas Dickens, Hugh Pretty, William Wakeman John Browning, Edward and Thomas Milward, and all other the tenants and inhabitants of Kinver alias Kinfare, Hafcott, Whittington, Staureton, Dunesley (Staffordshire), Pedmore, Hagley, Old Swinford, Churchill, Wollaston, and Counsall (Worcestershire).

Defendant(s): John Whorwood, John Kightley, Edward Barnett, John Pretty, William Penne.

Subject of depositions: Ground called "Iverley" or "Iverley Wood." Whether it is parcel of Kinfare Forest Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Inclosure and incroachment.
