Short title: Shropp v Marsh.

Plaintiff(s): Joan Shropp, widow, William Dannold, Anne Sefton, widow.

Defendant(s): Judith Marsh, widow and executrix of the last will and testament of Gabriel Marsh, Thomas Philpott.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Handbridge, in Chester. Touching right and title to lands in Handbridge. Customs of manor, etc.

County/place: Cheshire.

Date of commission: 3 July 1639.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 September 1639 at Chester.
