Short title: Gerrard v Banks.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Gerrard.

Defendant(s): Christopher Banks, Alexander Ford, Peter Whittle, Ralph Green.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Ince in Mackerfield, and the ancient mills there, and the manor of Wigan (Lancashire). Metes and bounds, etc. Customs of "suit and grist" to mills.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 3 July 1639.
