Short title: Brooke v Cooper.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Brooke and his wife Rebecca.

Defendant(s): William Cooper, Christopher Looke, William Rogers.

Subject of depositions: Two water grist mills in the manor of Glaston called "Beckary Mills" etc. Scouring, of the river or watercourse called "Southmore" etc.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 25 June 1639.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 October 1639 at Glaston.
