Plaintiff(s): Robert Earl of Lindsey, Lord Great Chamberlain of England.

Defendant(s): John Tyler, William Tyler, Francis Wilkes, Margaret Tyler, widow, William Tyler, of Yetton, John Turner, John Randall, Elinor Varnals, widow, Anne Taylor, widow, Richard Maylard, William Perpoint, William Playne, Martha Bryan, widow, John Meredith, Edward Cooke.

Subject of depositions: "Forest or chace and waste ground of Darvall alias Darvold" (Herefordshire). Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Common of pasture. Encroachments on waste. Waste and spoil.
