Defendant(s): Richard Shilston, Phillip Balston, John Bagwell, Thomas Allington alias Arundel.
Subject of depositions: Mills belonging to the city of Exeter called "Cricklapitt Mills" others called "Duryerd" parcel of Duryerd Manor, and others in Execland Manor. Custom of "suit and grist" to mills (i.e. grinding corn, etc.).
County/place: Devon.
