Defendant(s): Thomas Earl of Elgin, Dame Magdalen Bruce, Sir John Banks, kt (Attorney General), Thomas Bruncker.
Subject of depositions: Late Forest of Gillingham. Touching fines levied in the Star Chamber upon plaintiff and others for "a riot, etc." in the forest; and granted by Crown, 6 Chas I to Sir James Fullerton.
County/place: Dorset.
Date of commission: 12 February 1638.
