Short title: Earl of Kingston-upon-Hull v Rutter.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Earl of Kingston-upon-Hull, John Clarke, James Clarke.

Defendant(s): Henry Rutter, Thomas Margrave, Simon Pinder, Robert Turner alias Smith, Richard Waterhouse.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Crowle, in Lincoln; lands called "Akam Carr" and "The Covert" and Hatfield Chace. Metes and bounds, etc. Survey.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1637.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 January 1638 at Gainsborough.
