Description

Short title: Gibson v Davison.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Gibson, clerk, vicar of Horncastle (Lincolnshire).

Defendant(s): William Davison.

Subject of depositions: Town of Horncastle Mills there, called "The Hall Mills" the vicarage of Horncastle and the bishopric of Carlisle. Tithes.

County/place: Lincolnshire; Durham.

Date of commission: 28 November 1636.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1637 at Horncastle.
