Defendant(s): Walter Lynn, clerk, Thomas Priest, Thomas King, the elder, Oswald Darbye, Jonas Smith, clerk, Erasmus Amye, Thomas Rea, John Cock the younger, Edward Cooke, Thomas King "the midlest," Thomas Cook, Thomas King the younger, John Echard, Robert Gaudge, Robert Peak, Thomas Clark.

Subject of depositions: Township of Moulton and the marshes adjoining, between the old sea bank of Moulton and the river of Wolland alias Welland and the sea, and Moulton Common Marsh, and the manor of Spalding. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Survey.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1635.
