Short title: Attorney General v Nelson.

Plaintiff(s): William Noy (former Attorney General), upon the relation of Edmund Wooder.

Defendant(s): William Nelson, Matthew Braken, William Wiggins, Thomas White, John Bringhirst.

Subject of depositions: Capital messuage and lands in Blackwell, in Durham, lately belonging to Robert Garnett. Value. Dower of Ann Garnett, widow of Robert, etc.

County/place: Durham.

Date of commission: 17 June 1635.
