Short title: Lord Craven v Shaw.

Plaintiff(s): William Lord Craven, Baron of Hamsteed Marshall, John Hix.

Defendant(s): Robert Shaw, John Roberts, and his wife Martha, Edward Rogers, Elizabeth Baker.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Henton. Touching resistance made by defendants to the execution of an injunction of the Court of Exchequer,ordering quiet possession of a close called "Trumans Path" to be given to plaintiff.

County/place: Somerset.
