Description

Short title: Estmond v Archer.

Plaintiff(s): Dorothy Estmond, of Fishead Magdalin, widow, William Swanton, of Bewton (Somerset).

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Archer, widow, of the city of London.

Subject of depositions: Meadow called "Great Ham" being "part of the farm of Fishead Magdalin" (Dorset), lately belonging to Richard Estmond,deceased. Distraint of cattle, etc.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 10 July 1633.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 23 September 1633 at Shafton.
