Description

Short title: Attorney General v Bishop.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General, by information.

Defendant(s): John Bishop, of Salisbury, and others.

Subject of depositions: Mervyn, late Lord Audley and Earl of Castlehaven, "lately attainted of felony." What ready money, he was possessed of on 1 June, 6 Chas I?.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1632.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1633 at New Sarum.
