Description

Short title: Attorney General v Bishop of Durham.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Heath, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): Richard late Lord Bishop of Durham, and now Bishop of Winchester, George Lilburne.

Subject of depositions: Parcel of waste ground in the town of Sunderland, whereupon defendant George has built a house, stated to be parcel of the possessions of the late chantry of the Virgin in Bishops Wearmouth. Concealed lands?.
