Description

Short title: Mayor of Bristol v Morgan.

Plaintiff(s): The mayor, burgess, and cominalty of Bristol, Thomas Cole, Phillip Bord.

Defendant(s): Richard Morgan.

Subject of depositions: Harbour of Bristol and its members, and a piece of ground belonging to defendants adjoining Crewkern Pill. Touching the necessity of defendant keeping the "posts" on said ground in good repair for the safety of the harbour.

County/place: Bristol.
