Short title: Warde v Kingman.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Warde.

Defendant(s): Richard Kingman, Ambrose Snow.

Subject of depositions: Town of Toppisham "alias Apsham" and the city of Exeter (Devon), the river of Exe, the traffic thereon, and the manor of Toppisham. Metes and bounds. Port dues, etc.
