Description

Short title: Lougher v Gwither.

Plaintiff(s): John Lougher, high sheriff of Pembroke in the year 2 Charles I.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Gwither, John Gwither, Owen Phillips.

Subject of depositions: Cattle of defendants, upon a messuage called Tarre, in the parish of Mannerbyer (Pembrokeshire), seized by plaintiff to His Majesty's use. Recusants'lands?.

County/place: Pembrokeshire.
