Description

Short title: Haselrigge v Saunders.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Thomas Haselrigge, kt and bart.

Defendant(s): William Saunders, Henry Hunt.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Pottersbury (Northamptonshire). Touching custom of "suit and grist" to the mills belonging to the manor. Alleged interference of defendants and others with the custom.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 16 June 1624.
