Description

Short title: Dingley v Foxall.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Dingley and Dorothy his wife.

Defendant(s): Thomas Foxall.

Subject of depositions: Execution of the office of Commissioner by Edward Broome (husband to defendant's daughter) in a cause between the plaintiffs and defendant. Alleged tampering by Broom with the testimony of the witnessesin journies to Winchester and Southampton with defendant, and having the depositions sent in ready written.
