Custom of "suit and grist" to the King's Mills, and alleged injury caused to them by defendants. [A lease of the manor, rectory, and fishing of Sidmouth, made by late monastery of Syon about the time of the dissolution, to Richard Goswell; and another made by Queen Elizabeth to Thomas Kerry, clerk of the Privy Signet, 16 Eliz, are mentioned].
