Description

Short title: Bartram v Fetherstonhaugh.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Bartram.

Defendant(s): Henry Fetherstonhaugh.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, park, and manor of Kirkeswold. Tithes. Right of way. Customs. [A grant of the tithes by Jas.I. to Francis Phillips and Richard Mere, Henry Lord Scroope, farmer of the manor to Queen Elizabeth, Lord William Dacre, farmer of the tithes in reign of Edward VI which were one time parcel of the possessions of Leonard Dacres, attainted, Stephen Bowman, farmer of the park, Thomas Dacre, farmer thereof in reign of Edward VI and Sir John Dalston, sometime farmer of the park, are mentioned].

County/place: Cumberland.

Date of commission: 16 June 1619.
