Description

Short title: Yelverton v Waring.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Henry Yelverton, kt, Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Edward Waring, Humfrey Harris, John Hale.

Subject of depositions: Composition of former suit, about five or six years ago, against the inhabitants of Kinfare, and elsewhere, for supposed purprestures intrusion, encroachments, etc.in His Majesty's forest of Kinfare. Decree touching same. [A suit against Gerrard Whorwood, lord of the manor of Kinfare, is mentioned].

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 25 June 1618.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 September 1618 at Wolverhampton.
