Subject of depositions: Lands called Millham alias Milholme, and two acres of waste ground called "The Eights" and the manors of Hampton Gay and Shipton-on Charwell. Metes and bounds of manors. Touching obstructions in the river Charwell. What rent was paid for the lands to the late monastery of Osney in right of Hampton Gay Rectory? [The possessions of Thomas Rathbone (father), and Henry Rathbone, grandfather, of defendant, are mentioned].
