Description

Short title: Attorney General v Atherton.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): John Atherton, of Atherton, and Katherine his wife, John Blanch, John Smyth.

Subject of depositions: Extent upon and seizure of lands of John Atherton in Fryeton and Slingsby (Yorkshire), and certain bonds entered into by him with Thomas Poole, of Blyeth (Nottinghamshire),and others.

County/place: Lancashire; Yorkshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1617.
