Subject of depositions: Township of Ethinog, in the comote of Vchog; whether granted by James I. under Great Seal, 27 September 12 James I, to Toby, Matthew, and Thomas Powell, of London, and sold by them to plaintiff? Alleged intrusion of defendants.
