Short title: More v Smithes.

Plaintiff(s): Marmaduke More.

Defendant(s): John Smithes, Richard Prigge, Francis Meade, Thomas Daw, John Lavor, copyholders of Drayton.

Subject of depositions: Grange or farm called Westoner, and a common called Perrymore, in the manor of Drayton. Common of pasture. Metes and bounds.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 21 November 1612.
