Description

Short title: Wynn v Salisbury.

Plaintiff(s): Sir John Wynn, kt.

Defendant(s): Sir John Salisbury, Robert Owen, John Lloyd, Hugh Lloyd, Owen ap Robt.

Subject of depositions: King's manor of Penmaen Lysvaen, the township of Erioes, and the King's escheat lands therein, being parcel of the principality of N. Wales. Execution of survey of such lands by plaintiff. Encroachment on common adjoining the lands. Refusal of defendants to pay rent for same lands.

County/place: Caernarfonshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1612.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 January 1613 at Conway.
