Subject of depositions: King's manor of Penmaen Lysvaen, the township of Erioes, and the King's escheat lands therein, being parcel of the principality of N. Wales. Execution of survey of such lands by plaintiff. Encroachment on common adjoining the lands. Refusal of defendants to pay rent for same lands.
