Description

Short title: Attorney General v Leycester.

Plaintiff(s): Attorney General.

Defendant(s): Elizabeth Leycester, widow, Joan Sutton, John French, Thomas Sudlowe, Richard Eaton, William Eaton, Richard Deane, Elizabeth Stockly, Geoffrey Shakerly, Dorothy Leycester, Ralph Culchet.

Subject of depositions: Lands and goods in Newall Twemlow, Over Knottesford, Nether Knottesford, Lostock Gralam, Lachdenys Yarhouse, in the manors of Draklow and Redheath, and elsewhere, lately belonging to Edward Sudlow, Evan Holford, Hammet Stockley, Robert Leycester, John Sutton, Richard Leicester, Hugh Worrall, Geoffrey Kelshaw alias Culchet, John Gest, Robert Holford, and Thomas Owton alias Ashbrook, attainted of felony.

County/place: Cheshire; Staffordshire.
