Description

Short title: Hatton v Walson.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Christopher Hatton, kt, Robert Laxton alias Boone, William Laxton, Matthew Johnson, William Drake, Simon Presgrave, Robert Laxton, George Dexter, Robert Laxton, the elder, and others, inhabitants of Gretton.

Defendant(s): Sir Edward Walson, kt.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Gretton, and common of pasture in ground called Cotton, held of the late Queen Elizabeth by Sir William Catesby, kt, at a fee-farm rent of £25. Metes and bounds. Survey.

County/place: Northamptonshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1612.
