Description

Short title: Rogers v Hayward.

Plaintiff(s): Francis Rogers.

Defendant(s): Sir George Hayward.

Subject of depositions: Suit upon an "ejectione firme" between Charles Adams, lessee of John Forster, and Richard Tonnerdyne and others, touching land in Stirchley. Concerning the manor of Stirchley, commonly called Stirchley Hall; whether the grange of Stirchley and the hall house of Stirchley are two distinct things. Metes and bounds. Survey. [The names of Sir Rowland Hayward, former owner of the Hall, and Constace Holywell, are mentioned].
