Description

Short title: Chamberlayne v Page.

Plaintiff(s): Edmund Chamberlayne.

Defendant(s): William Page.

Subject of depositions: Defendant's alleged disobedience of injunction out of the Court of Exchequer, commanding him to permit plaintiff to take the toll, stallage, and piccage of the fairs and markets of Stow-on-the-Wold otherwise Stow St Edward. Metes and bounds of village and borough of Stow. Whether the liberties of the fairs extend into the fields of Brodwell.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1609.
