Plaintiff(s): Robert Okey, Robert Andrew, Henry Freeman, John Okey, Robert Stanwell.

Defendant(s): William Drewry, William Holt.

Subject of depositions: Town of Spalding, and the hamlet of Cowbit and Pikehall. Touching 10ths, 15ths, and taxes. Right of common. Parsonages of Spalding and Cowbit. Relief of the poor. [The names of a grange called Wickham, Thomas Lovell, farmer of a great part of Spalding and Pinchbeck Fenn, "for draining of residue" and Sir Matthew Gamblin, farmer of the tithes of Cowbit, are mentioned,].
