Plaintiff(s): John Sanderson and Cicely his wife.
Defendant(s): Thomas Harrison, William Houghton.
Subject of depositions: Water mills in Stanwick, called Stanwick Mills. Touching ancient custom of "suit and grist" to the mills by the inhabitants of Raundes, Irtlingboro', Chelston, and Caldecot. Also touching windmills in Raundes, built by Nicholas Pickering and Robert Gage; in Irtlingboro', built by Houghton (defendant). Alleged infringement by defendants of the custom. Is Raunds Manor parcel of the duchy of Lancaster. Survey.

Date of commission: 15 June 1608.
