Short title: Wakeringe v Littleton.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Gilbert Wakeringe.

Defendant(s): George Littleton and Margaret his wife, John Ferrar and Amphillis his wife, John Littleton.

Subject of depositions: Holbach Hall and the lands, belonging, in the parishes of Kingswinford and Hemley, lately in the tenure of Stephen Littleton, attainted. Survey. [The names of George Lyddiall, Richard Hanson, parson of Hemley, lease of parcel of the premises, called Markleys, to John Phillips, William Sherwin, and John Matthews, and Nicholas Martin, Sir John Littleton, Humfrey Littleton, and Richard Lee, are mentioned].
