Plaintiff(s): Thomas Hanbury.

Defendant(s): Roger Terrill (mayor of Petersfield), John Colebrooke, William Pagglesham, Gregory Trigges, James Milles, John Salter, Gregory Page, and William Ford, inhabitants of Petersfield.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to the borough of Petersfield. Survey. [The namesof Edward Duke of Buckingham, Sir Henry and Richard Weston, as lords of the borough, Edward Salus, Robert Tolderton otherwise Pinner, Thomas Osborm, and Thomas Westbrook, mayors of the borough, Mr Rouse, steward to Sir Henry, and Mr Shelley, of Maple Durham, are mentioned].
