Description

Short title: Ducke v Keppest.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Ducke, Arnold Kinge.

Defendant(s): Humphrey Keppest, Thomas Dove, and Richard Barrock.

Subject of depositions: Tithes of closes and pastures called "Sudbury Pastures" in Sudbury, in the parish of Eaton (Bedfordshire), parcel of the monastery of St Neots otherwise St Needes (Huntingdonshire). Whether William Webster had a lease of the tithes from Queen Elizabeth. Survey.
