Short title: Rumsey v Edmonds.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Rumsey.

Defendant(s): William Edmonds, Howell Jones.

Subject of depositions: Right and title to lands on the west side of the churchyard of Kylgorroge (Monmouthshire), called"Tyre eglos" or"Caye yr Oddyn" whether belonging to the church of Kylgorroge, which is held from the Archdeacon or Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Landaphe, or to defendant Jones? Survey. [The names of John ap Powell, father, Howell Johns, grandfather, and John ap Powell, great grandfather of defendant Jones, - Watkin Gunter, and William Evans, are mentioned].
