Description

Short title: Norwood v Cartwright.

Plaintiff(s): William Norwood, William Whithorne, Richard Hale.

Defendant(s): Richard Cartwright, Thomas Cartwright.

Subject of depositions: Two messuages in Charlton Kings, held by Edith Johnson, in base tenure of the manor of Cheltenham. Did they escheat to the King for want of heirs to Edith? Touching lands in Ham, lately held by Edith, in base tenure of the manor of Asheley; and lands called "Ocumbes ", "Tenne Lands ", "Cunley" and "Cunley Stream." Metes and bounds.
