Description

Short title: Jones v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Gruffith Jones.

Defendant(s): Anne Williams, widow, Thomas Cannon, John Gruffith.

Subject of depositions: Bonds, obligations, of Sir John Perrott, a recusant, attainted, and his effects in Carew Castle. Survey. Also touching lands in Ludchurch purchased by Roger Williams his steward (husband to defendant Anne), alleged to be concealed lands. Survey.

County/place: Pembrokeshire.

Date of commission: 18 November 1606.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 14 January 1607 at Haverfordwest, certificate dated 15 January 1607.
