Defendant(s): Elizabeth Dowager Countess of Shrewsbury, Henry Cavendish.
Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage impropriate of Yolgreave (Derbyshire); whether the owners of such rectory have paid yearly unto the Dean and Chapter a pension, portion, or yearly payment of 6l. 13s. 4d. issuing out of the rectory; also touching the tithes of Yolgreave.
County/place: Derbyshire; Staffordshire.
